Vivo X300 FE – (Compact Beast of 2026)
Friends, if you ask me about one of the best compact smartphones of 2025, one of them was definitely the X200 FE. It looked good and performed really well. In terms of performance, camera, and overall experience, it was a Fabulous phone — and obviously, it was compact.
Now its successor is here. In China, it is known as the S50 Pro Mini, and in India, it is expected to launch as the X300 FE — the successor to the X200 FE.
Let’s talk about the unboxing, first impressions, and everything in detail.
📱 Design & Build
Take a look at the design — it looks absolutely stunning.
One major advantage here is the flush design, meaning there are no unnecessary protrusions. The in-hand feel is solid and slightly stocky. It feels a bit wider and bigger than its predecessor, mainly because of the larger battery.
Even though it’s compact, it’s comfortable for users with smaller hands as well.
- Likely to come with Gorilla Glass protection (expected in India variant)
- Glass-metal sandwich design
- Durable build (survives minor drops easily)
🌟 Display
The display is one of the highlights:
- 6.31-inch LTPO display
- 1.5K resolution
- 1Hz–120Hz dynamic refresh rate
- Peak brightness up to 5000 nits (HBM expected ~1800 nits)
- HDR10+ support
- 10-bit panel
Also, the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is
placed perfectly — not too low like older phones.
This 6.31-inch size truly feels like the sweet spot for most users.
⚡ Performance & Hardware
Talking about performance:
- Powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 5
- AnTuTu score: ~3 to 3.2 million
- RAM: 12GB LPDDR5X
- Storage: 256GB / 512GB (UFS 4.1)
This is a very powerful compact phone.

- BGMI: Currently 60 FPS (China variant), expected 120 FPS in India
- COD Mobile: Supports 120 FPS
- Stable performance overall
- Slight heating in long sessions (48–49°C during benchmarks)
